Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment

Creek Villa Center is committed to providing high-quality community programs that deliver real value. We understand circumstances change, and our refund policy is designed to be fair.

2. Monthly Programs

• Full Refund: Requests made within 7 days of enrollment, before the child attends any sessions.
• Prorated Refund: Requests made within the first 2 weeks based on sessions attended.
• No Refund: After 2 weeks or mid-month cancellations.

3. Summer Camp

• Full Refund: Cancellations made 14+ days before camp start date.
• 50% Refund: Cancellations made 7–13 days before camp start.
• No Refund: Cancellations within 7 days of camp start or during camp.

4. Workshops & Events

One-time workshops and events are non-refundable but may be transferred to another participant up to 48 hours before the event.

5. How to Request

Contact info@creek-villa-center.com with your enrollment details and reason. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

6. Cancellation by Us

If we cancel a program, all enrolled families receive a full refund or may transfer to an equivalent program at no cost.
