By accessing or using Creek Villa Center services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using our services.
Enrollment constitutes a binding agreement. Fees must be paid prior to program start. All enrollments are subject to availability and age-appropriate placement.
All participants agree to treat staff, volunteers, and fellow participants with respect. Creek Villa Center reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior endangers the safety or enjoyment of others, without refund.
Parents must disclose relevant health conditions, allergies, and medications for youth participants. Participants engage in physical activities at their own risk. We maintain CPR-certified staff and emergency protocols at all times.
We may photograph or video activities for promotional purposes. Parents may opt out by notifying us in writing at the time of enrollment.
Creek Villa Center provides services on an "as-is" basis. While we maintain the highest safety standards, we cannot guarantee against all risks inherent in physical activities. Our liability is limited to program fees paid.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes will be resolved in Comal County, Texas.
